Yes, we can direct bill your insurance company. Please contact our office at (403) 257-1180 for further instructions.

This entirely depends on your insurance coverage. Please contact our office at (403) 257-1180 for a complimentary consultation and assessment of your current insurance coverage. We can also do a pre-determination to find out what your portion of the final amount will be.

We bill your insurance as a courtesy. If insurance does not pay within 90 days, McKenzie Towne Family Dental reserves the right to request payment in full for services from you and let you collect the insurance funds that are due to you. This is rare but it is important that you recognize that the insurance you have is a legal contract between YOU and YOUR insurance company. Our office is not, and cannot be a part of the legal contract. Ultimately, you are responsible for all charges incurred in our office.

No, we do not accept American Express for payment, however, we do accept Visa, MasterCard, and Debit. For existing patients with established credit history, we do take post-dated cheques or credit card payments over 3 months.
