These are some of the more frequently asked questions that our staff are asked by our patients. Q) Are you accepting New Patients?

A) Yes we always accept new patients!

Q) What are your hours?

A) Our hours are:

Monday 9:00am to 4:00pm
Tuesday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Wednesday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm
Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm
Sunday Closed

Q) Do you direct bill?

A) Yes we can direct bill your insurance company. Please contact our office at (403) 257-1180 for further instructions.

Q) Will my insurance pay for everything?

A) This entirely depends on your insurance coverage. Please contact our office at (403) 257-1180 for a complimentary consultation and assessment of your current insurance coverage. We can also do a pre-determination to find out what your portion of the final amount will be.

We bill your insurance as a courtesy. If insurance does not pay within 90 days, McKenzie Towne Family Dental reserves the right to request payment in full for services from you and let you collect the insurance funds that are due to you. This is rare but it is important that you recognize that the insurance you have is a legal contract between YOU and YOUR insurance company. Our office is not, and cannot be a part of the legal contract. Ultimately, you are responsible for all charges incurred in our office.

Q) I would like to just get my teeth cleaned (I am not a regular patient).

A) This is a complex question to answer. Please contact us at (403) 257-1180 to discuss your needs.

Q) Do you take children in your practice?

A) Yes! We are more than happy to see your entire family!

Q) Do you take American Express?

A) No we do not accept American Express for payment, however we do accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit. For existing patients with established credit history, we do take post dated cheques or credit card payments over 3 months.
